Attorney Kolby R Smithpeters is the founding member of the Smithpeters Law Firm LLC. We focus our practice on helping and serving personal injury victims that have been injured due to the fault of third party. Attorney Kolby R. Smithpeters comes from a diverse legal background, however, he found his love and desire for helping the injured early in his law career.

“My first internship or clerkship in law school was working for a personal injury firm in Marion Illinois where I had great teachers and mentors with many years of trial and practice experience. I was eventually offered a full time position upon my graduation from law school at the same personal injury firm prior to beginning my own practice.” Smithpeters noted.

Kolby R Smithpeters has previously worked in the County States Attorney’s office as well as a judicial clerkship in the 5th District Appellate Court of Illinois. Smithpeters also serves on the Board of Directors at a local hospital in his free time.
